Golden Dunes Properties was founded by Per Amundsen and Evy Ougendal. A former banker in his native Norway and a qualified solicitor, Per has been working in real estate for more than 25 years. He has been based in the Algarve since the mid-1990s, as financier and developer of Dunas Douradas. Evy Ougendal has a similarly extensive background in real estate, in both Norway and the Algarve. Based in the region since 2002, Evy has had particular responsibility for the development of the Dunas Douradas Beach Club.
Running the Golden Dunes Properties office is Paal Amundsen, who has been an agent in the successful sales of for Dunas Douradas Beach Club since 2006.
